Billing Policy
1. Overview
The following Billing Policy describes the terms and conditions that apply to all financial transactions, including payment methods, billing procedures, currency, and pricing, for purchases made on Kathryne Reichert's website, kathrynereichert.shop. You expressly consent to the billing procedures outlined in this policy by placing an order on our website.
2. Prices and Currency
Currency: British Pounds Sterling (£-GBP) is used for all transactions. When making a payment from a non-UK account, you are solely responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees, which are assessed by your credit card company or financial institution and not by Kathryne Reichert.
Pricing: Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate, where applicable, is included in the product prices listed on our website. The price of the items you order plus any applicable delivery fees will be the total amount charged to you; this will be made clear to you at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Pricing Inaccuracies: We work hard to guarantee that all pricing data is correct. We do, however, reserve the right to make any unintentional pricing corrections. We will notify you right away if we find a price error in a product you ordered, and you will have the choice to either cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price. The order will be deemed canceled and any money paid will be fully reimbursed to you if we are unable to get in touch with you.
3. Accepted Payment Options
At this time, PayPal is the only payment method we accept. For our clients, this offers a safe and well-respected payment gateway.
PayPal: If you select this option, your transaction will be completed on the secure PayPal website. You can pay with a credit or debit card (even if you don't have a PayPal account), your PayPal balance, or a bank account that is connected to it. In compliance with their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, PayPal handles all of your payment information directly and encrypts it.
Security: Your sensitive financial information, including your bank account information and credit/debit card numbers, is never stored, handled, or accessed by us. PayPal's secure systems handle all of this.
4. Authorization of Payment
By filling out the checkout form and entering your payment details, you:
Verify that using the selected payment method is permitted by law.
Give us permission to charge the full amount of your order (including taxes and shipping costs) to the payment method of your choice using PayPal, our payment processor.
Agree that we can process the invoice for the payment(s) without requiring any further notice or consent.
5. Billing invoice and order confirmation
An Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout as soon as your payment has been successfully authorized. This email confirms that your order has been accepted and includes information about the items you bought, the total cost, and the shipping address.
Your tax invoice is this Order Confirmation email. For your records, kindly keep it.
6. Refused or Rejected Payments
Your order will not be processed if your payment method is rejected or fails for any reason (for example, insufficient funds, incorrect card information, or bank decline). In order to finish your purchase, you will be asked to supply a different legitimate payment method after receiving notification of the unsuccessful payment. Due to a failed payment, we are unable to hold items in your cart.
7. Credits and Refunds
Procedure: The original payment method used for the purchase will receive all refunds. Your refund will be sent to PayPal for payment after it has been processed and authorized in accordance with our [Returns and Refunds Policy].
Timing: Please give us five to ten business days to process your refund. The policies of PayPal or your financial institution will determine how long it takes for the money to be credited to your account after we process it. This timeframe is beyond our control.
Amount: The amount paid for the returned item or items will always be the amount of the refund. Unless there was a mistake on our end (such as a defective or incorrect item), the original shipping charges are not refundable.
8. Recurring Billing and Subscription
Not Applicable: Please be aware that Kathryne Reichert does not currently provide any subscription-based products or services that require ongoing billing. Every transaction is a one-time buy.
9. Preventing Fraud
For any reason, including if we suspect fraudulent activity, a request is unauthorized, or it violates any of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction. We also use standard fraud prevention measures. In order to help prevent fraud, we might also get in touch with you to confirm your identity or ask for more details before completing an order.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
We make an effort to directly and amicably address any billing concerns. Before starting a chargeback with your bank or payment processor, you must first get in touch with us at contact@kathrynereichert.shop if you have any questions concerning a charge. Together, we'll put in a lot of effort to find a quick solution.
Your account may be blocked from making further purchases if an unauthorized chargeback is made without first getting in touch with us to resolve the issue.

This billing policy may occasionally be updated to reflect modifications to our procedures or for other operational, legal, or regulatory purposes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent version.
