Wholesale Policy
1. Overview
Reputable shops, galleries, and companies interested in carrying our products are encouraged to contact Kathryne Reichert ("we," "us," "our"). The terms, conditions, and procedure for opening a wholesale account are described in this wholesale policy. You ("the Retailer") consent to abide by the conditions outlined in this policy by submitting an application for or opening a wholesale account.
2. MOQ, or minimum order quantity
All initial wholesale orders are subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) in order to guarantee operational efficiency.
MOQ for the first order: £300.00 (ex VAT) net order value.
Replenishment Orders: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for subsequent reorders is £150.00 (ex VAT) net order value.
These MOQs are subject to change at our discretion, but orders that have already been agreed upon will not be impacted.
3. Terms of Payment & Wholesale Prices
Pricing Structure: The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is not the full price when purchasing at wholesale. Confidential specific pricing sheets are given upon application approval. VAT is not included in the quoted prices.
Terms of Payment: Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped.
Payment Options: Bank Transfer (BACS) is the method of payment that we accept for wholesale purchases. Your official wholesale invoice will include specific information.
Credit Accounts: For new accounts, we do not provide credit terms or net payment plans. Prepayment is required for all orders.
4. The Application and Eligibility Process
To guarantee brand alignment, we pick our retail partners carefully.
Eligible Companies: We collaborate with well-known physical boutiques, galleries, concept stores, and internet merchants who share our values and brand aesthetic.
Application: Please send an email to wholesale@kathrynereichert.shop with the following details in order to apply:
Your physical address, website, and company name.
A synopsis of your target market and business.
Your reseller certificate or other documentation of your company's operations, such as your business registration number or, if relevant, your VAT number.
Links to your social media accounts.
Approval Process: After reviewing your application, we will get back to you in five to seven business days. Any application may be rejected at our sole discretion.
5. Placement, Handling, and Delivery
Order placement: A wholesale catalog and price list will be made available to approved accounts. Orders have to be sent by email.
Order Processing: Following the receipt of cleared payment, orders are processed in three to five business days.
Shipping: The retailer is in charge of covering the cost of shipping. We will either use the courier service of your choice or suggest a trustworthy provider with affordable prices. The business address on file is where the order will be shipped. After we deliver to the carrier, you become the owner and assume the risk of loss.
International Wholesale: We are only currently able to take wholesale orders from within the United Kingdom.
6. Wholesale Returns & Exchanges
Defective/Damaged Goods: We will be happy to replace any items that arrive defective or damaged during transit. You have to give us photographic proof and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send out replacements right away and provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns.
Returns of stock: All wholesale transactions are final. Returns for unsold inventory or for change of heart are not accepted. Because wholesale pricing is discounted, this policy is strict.
7. Guidelines for Marketing and Branding
Brand Representation: We have faith that our retailers will accurately portray our brand. To help you, we offer marketing materials and high-resolution photos.
Pricing: Retailers are allowed to determine their own prices. To preserve brand value across various sales channels, we do, however, offer a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
MAP Policy: At this time, there is no Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy in place. We do, however, expect retailers to set competitive and fair prices for their products without undervaluing the brand. We keep an eye on this and may sever ties with merchants who persistently use harmful discounts.
8. Management of Accounts
Any wholesale account that violates this policy or participates in actions that harm our brand may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
Terms, product availability, and pricing are all subject to change. Any changes that impact current accounts will be communicated with reasonable notice.
9. Privacy
All terms, product details, and wholesale prices given to the retailer are private and should not be shared with outside parties.
