Warranty Policy

 

 1. Overview
 The quality of our products is guaranteed by Kathryne Reichert ("we," "us," "our").  The terms of the optional manufacturer's warranty, which is an addition to your legal rights as a UK consumer, are described in this warranty policy.  To understand your coverage, please carefully read this policy.

 2. The 2015 Consumer Rights Act and Your Statutory Rights
 Your statutory rights under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act are not affected by this warranty; rather, it is offered in addition to them.  This law requires that every item we sell be:

 of adequate caliber.

 as explained.

 Suitable for its intended use.
 If the products don't fit these requirements, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction.  These statutory rights must be used within a "reasonable" time frame, which is usually longer than the term of our voluntary warranty. They are not time-limited.

 3. Manufacturer's voluntary warranty
 Our products are covered by a 12-month (1-year) limited warranty against material and workmanship defects, starting on the date of original purchase.

 4. Coverage Under This Warranty
 Any manufacturing flaws or material defects that show up during normal use are covered under this warranty.  Among the examples are:

 significant structural breakdowns not brought on by abuse.

 component flaws that prevent the product from being used as intended.

 workmanship flaws that aren't caused by normal wear and tear.

 5. Things Not Covered by This Warranty
 This limited warranty excludes coverage for any problems or damage brought on by:

 Normal wear and tear includes things like color fading, small scratches, and the aging process of materials.

 Damage resulting from falls, collisions, crushing, or other mishaps is referred to as accidental damage.

 Misuse, neglect, or inadequate care: Not adhering to any care directives given.

 Modification or repair by unapproved personnel: This warranty will be nullified if someone tries to fix or modify the product without our permission.

 Externally caused damage includes exposure to chemicals, sunlight, moisture, and extremely high or low temperatures.

 Consumable parts: Unless they arrive damaged.

 6. The Process of Warranty
 Please take the following actions if you think your product is flawed and covered by this warranty:

 Contact Us: Send an email to contact@kathrynereichert.shop as soon as possible to report the defect. Include your order number and a thorough description of the problem.

 Provide Proof of Purchase: As evidence of the date of purchase, you must present a copy of your original order confirmation email or invoice.

 Evaluation: To evaluate the problem, we might ask for images, videos, or a thorough written description of the flaw.  We might occasionally ask you to send the item back to us for examination.  If the return is accepted, we will give you instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.

 Resolution: Should the defect be verified and covered by this policy, we will be solely responsible for providing you with one of the following remedies, at our sole discretion:

 fixing the faulty product.

 substitution of the same or a functionally equivalent product for the faulty one.

 a complete or partial reimbursement of the purchase price in the event that replacement or repair is not feasible or economically feasible.

 7. Foreign Clients
 Only purchases made and used in the United Kingdom are covered by this warranty.

 8. Restrictions

 Only the original buyer is covered by this warranty, which is non-transferable.

 The duration of any implied warranties, such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose warranties, is restricted to the time frame of this express warranty.

 Any incidental or consequential damages—like lost time or financial loss—that arise from using or not using the product are not our responsibility.
