Terms and Conditions for Billing

 1. Acceptance of the Billing Terms
 You ("the Customer") specifically consent to be bound by the following Billing Terms and Conditions by making a purchase on the Kathryne Reichert ("we," "us," "our") website, kathrynereichert.shop ("the Site").  All financial transactions on the Site are governed by these terms, which are an essential component of the overall Terms of Service.

 2. Acceptance of Orders and Creation of Contracts

 An offer to buy our products is made by your order.

 Only after we send you an Order Confirmation email does Kathryne Reichert and you enter into a legally binding contract of sale.

 For any reason at any time, including but not limited to product availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or an inability to process your payment, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order.

 3. Pricing and Currency

 Currency: British pounds sterling (£, GBP) is used for all transactions.  You are solely liable for any currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees that your bank or financial institution may impose.

 Pricing: Where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate is included in all product prices listed on the website.  The entire cost will be the sum of the product price or prices plus any applicable delivery fees, as specified in detail during the checkout process prior to payment completion.

 Pricing Inaccuracies: We work hard to ensure that all pricing data is accurate.  However, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product in the event of an unintentional and obvious pricing error, whether it be on the Site or in an offer.  We will give you a complete refund of any money you have already paid and notify you of the cancellation.

 4. Payment Methods

 Accepted Methods: At this time, PayPal, a secure third-party gateway, is the only way we accept payments.

 Payment Processing: If you choose PayPal, the transaction will be completed on PayPal's secure website.  Without having a PayPal account, you can pay with your PayPal balance, a bank account that is linked to it, or a major credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).

 Security: Your private financial information is not directly gathered, stored, or processed by us.  PayPal, a world leader in safe online payments, handles all payment information directly in compliance with their own strict User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

 5. Authorization of Payment
 By entering your payment information and finishing the checkout process, you:

 Verify that using the selected payment method is permitted by law.

 Give us and our payment processor (PayPal) permission to charge the entire, itemized order total to the payment method of your choice.

 Recognize that, unless specifically agreed upon for a subscription service (which we do not currently offer), this authorization for payment is only valid for the transaction amount and does not imply consent for any subsequent payments.

 6. Invoices for Billing
 Your official tax invoice for the purchase is the email you received upon order confirmation.  It will consist of:

 a distinct order number.

 Purchase date.

 a detailed list of the goods bought, along with the cost and quantity.

 Shipping costs are listed.

 total payment, including VAT.

 Shipping and billing addresses.

 7. Transactions that were declined or failed
 Your order won't be processed or shipped if your payment method is rejected or doesn't process for any reason (such as insufficient funds, inaccurate information, or issuer decline).  You will be notified that your payment was unsuccessful, and in order to finish your purchase, you will need to supply a legitimate alternate payment method.

 8. Credits and Refunds

 Method: Only the original payment method used for the purchase will receive authorized refunds.  We cannot issue refunds to an alternate payment method or via cash.

 Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the money to be credited back to your account after we approve and process a refund.  We have no control over the precise timing, which is determined by your bank's or PayPal's internal processing policies.

 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for partially fulfilled orders or in cases where only certain items are returned.

 9. Security and Fraud Prevention
 We take a number of precautions to guard against fraud and guarantee transaction security.  We maintain the right to:

 Any order that we, in our sole discretion, suspect of being fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these terms may be refused processing.

 10. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

 Direct Contact Required: Before launching a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, you must try to resolve any concerns or disputes you may have about a charge by getting in touch with us directly at contact@kathrynereichert.shop.

 Chargeback Fees: Your account may be blocked from making further purchases if an unauthorized chargeback is made without first getting in touch with us to address the issue.  Additionally, we retain the right to recoup any fees and charges that our payment processors impose on us as a result of these chargebacks.

 The laws of England and Wales will govern and be interpreted in accordance with these billing terms and conditions as well as any other agreements whereby we render services to you.

 These billing terms and conditions may occasionally be updated to reflect modifications to our procedures, for operational purposes, or in order to adhere to legal or regulatory requirements.  This page's "Last Updated" date will be updated to reflect the new version.
